Seekers Search is recruiting an Account Manager to cover the West Flanders region of Belgium for Blåkläder Workwear. Blåkläder is a global leader in developing, producing, and selling workwear, gloves, and footwear that reflect its identity and heritage while maintaining its brand and ethos. Its products aim to make work life comfortable while providing unparalleled protection. As a company, they have been producing and selling workwear since 1959, initially on the Swedish market. They are now recognised as one of Europe's largest manufacturers of heavy workwear, producing approximately 4.5 million garments per year.
You will be required to spend at least 50% of your time prospecting dealers and end-users, with your remaining time spent supporting our existing distribution partners.

- Has practical experience selling directly to end users
- Maintains accurate and detailed records on the company CRM
- Can handle the stress and pressure of deadlines
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements of the role
- Create demand with industrial end-users and support and grow distribution.
- Grow sales by executing a push-pull strategy.
- 50/50 split of time will be spent with end-users and distributors
- Must have a full driving license.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- €4,500 per month maximum based on experience, plus a 13th month and double holiday pay.
