Regional / Country Sales Manager
This role will focus on developing the market in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau for KStrong.
Preferred candidate location: Taiwan
Key Objectives
- Business Development: New channel partners, retailers and Height Safety trainers
- Aspire to become and be perceived as a Fall Protection expert/go to person
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally
- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs (Solutions selling)
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote KStrong products/services addressing clients’ objectives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Researching business opportunities and viable Government income streams
- Develop Yearly Business Plan
- Work with CRM package
- Establish KStrong as preferred Partner for Fall protection including:
- Products, Inspection
- Solutions, Installation
- Training, Re-Certification
Communication:
- Communicate on regular basis with customers and internal staff
- Supply a monthly report/CRM input
- Liaise closely with General Manager Asia Pacific
- PPE sales experience
- Fall Protection experience an important asset but not mandatory
- Computer literate with Strong Mandarin & English skills, Cantonese would be an asset
