We are looking for a Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills and a professional and confident attitude to focus on increasing brand recognition and driving demand for Rock Fall products at the end-user level. You will be required to grow existing and build new relationships with end-users and work together with the wider Rock Fall sales team to back-sell products through our Authorised Distribution Partners.
Location: Nationwide (UK) – When not traveling then home office-based, head office-based, or coffee shop based
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday with some flexibility
Pay: Highly competitive

We require the successful candidate to: -
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets and new customers.
- Manage 3 Regional Sales Reps
- Manage National Distributor Accounts
- Seek out and build strong relationships with appropriate contacts in an organisation.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current customers.
- Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs.
- A proven track record in cold calling B2B sales environment, ability to demonstrable experience of B2B sales processes.
- Attend networking events such as exhibitions, conferences, and corporate entertainment.
- Prepare and conduct presentations confidently to new and existing customers with various size audiences.
- Present customer onsite product demonstrations and toolbox talks, conduct site footwear audits and wellbeing clinics, and interact with end-users of Rock Fall products.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a wider sales team, sharing ideas and good practices to drive business success.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your diary and keep your admin and paperwork up to date.
- Gain an excellent understanding of the business's products and services and be able to discuss key selling features and benefits confidently with all types of stakeholders within each customer.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to Senior Management/Directors.
- Have a “can-do approach” and have the ability to remain calm under pressure and overcome day-to-day business challenges.
- National UK coverage which involves a large amount of traveling.
- Must hold a full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
