Seekers Search has been retained exclusively to recruit a Regional Sales Manager in the Catalunya region of Spain for the Swedish professional workwear manufacturer Blåkläder.
Initially this position will require the successful candidate to spend 70% of their time prospecting dealers and end-users to better establish the brand in the region, so we’re looking for new business hunters who are ready to introduce a globally recognised premium brand of workwear to the Catalonian market. You must be confident that you can sell products based on their quality as opposed to their price!
Blåkläder are global leaders in the development, production and sales of workwear, gloves and footwear that reflect their identity and heritage, while maintaining their brand and ethos. Their products aim to make work life comfortable, whilst providing an unparalleled level of protection.
As a company they have been producing and selling workwear since 1959, initially on the Swedish market, but is now recognised as one of Europe's largest manufacturers of heavy workwear, producing approximately 4.5 million garments per year, tailored for men and women.

- Will act as the point of contact for your dealers
- Has practical experience selling directly to end users
- Maintains accurate and detailed records on the company CRM
- Can handle stress and pressure of deadlines
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills
Requirements of the role: -
- Create demand at major industrial end-users and support and grow distribution
- Grow sales by executing a push-pull strategy, with a 50/50 split of time spent with end-users and distributors.
- Must be able to communicate in written English
- Must have a full driving license
