Position Overview

Sales Solutions Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Florida. This individual will play a key role in developing new business and growing existing relationships across the industrial, construction, DOT, utility, and subcontractor markets.

Using a pull-through sales strategy, you will influence end-users and generate demand that flows through our distributor network. You'll be backed by a strong, supportive team, in-depth product training, and the power of a trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts across key verticals.
  • Conduct regular field visits to end-users and distributors in your assigned territory.
  • Engage with:
    • Distributors of safety, industrial, construction, and work zone products.
    • Contractors, construction firms, municipalities, DOTs, and utilities.
  • Generate product demand at the user level and pull it through distribution channels.
  • Maintain a well-organized daily schedule of appointments and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Build a strong, strategic network across your territory.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in safety, industrial, construction, or related industries
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-focused approach
  • Proven success in making a high volume of outside sales calls
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
