Seekers Search has been retained exclusively to recruit a New Business Development Manager to cover the UK for Blåkläder Workwear Ltd. The candidate will be ideally located in the midland region (or have local access to major highways). You will be tasked with developing new business opportunities, which you will then manage, so we’re looking for hunters, not farmers, to fill this exciting new opportunity.

Blåkläder is a global leader in developing, producing, and selling workwear, gloves, and footwear that reflect its identity and heritage while maintaining its brand and ethos. Its products aim to make work life comfortable while providing unparalleled protection. As a company, they have been producing and selling workwear since 1959, initially on the Swedish market. They are now recognised as one of Europe's largest manufacturers of heavy workwear, producing approximately 4.5 million garments per year.
Duties of the role: -
- You will play a crucial role in identifying and approaching potential customers, developing strong partnerships, and expanding the customer base. With structured planning, you’ll present Blåkläder’s range of products to large end users.
- You’ll already have a base of customers with whom you can work, which you then expand further with a focus on volume, but primarily, you will be focused on sourcing new business opportunities.
- You are responsible for the entire sales process from A to Z and performing a complete needs analysis to establish a comprehensive package and service solution to secure and maintain the agreement.
- Once the customer has started, you will also complete the follow-up, ensuring a professional representation of the Blåkläder brand.
- You must accurately track everything in the CRM system and report to the UK’s National Sales Manager.
