CleanSpace Technology seeks the next ROCK STAR Industrial Sales Manager to join our North American team. The position will report directly to the Regional Vice President for North America with a focus on engaging key Industrial Market Sectors, including Mining, First Responders, Pharmaceutical, Welding, Industrial Construction & key distribution partners.
We are looking for a proven industrial sales professional with experience selling Respiratory Protection/Safety Solutions to key industrial customers across the United States. Must have a demonstrated track record of effectively building and managing a robust pipeline to achieve sales growth objectives and developing long-term customer relationships that drive a recurring revenue stream.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing customer relationships to gain market sector access and tell the CleanSpace Technology Respiratory Protection Solutions Story.
- Lead sales efforts for Key accounts in designated market sectors.
- Collaborate with RVP North America and North American team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that accelerates revenue growth.
- Complete daily sales calls with prospects to develop and drive pipeline opportunities that result in revenue.
- Collaborate with key distribution partners to support the advancement of opportunities through the sales process and provide status updates through SalesForce.com.
- Must be comfortable providing customer presentations and servicing CleanSpace Technology Solutions in diverse environments from industrial shop floor to board room.
- Work with sales operations and leadership teams to develop customer proposals that WIN.
- Collaborate with AVP customer education and implementation to ensure support of new customers in servicing and educating new customers.
- Attend key industry conferences and represent CleanSpace Technology as the on-site expert to demonstrate the benefits of CleanSpace Respiratory Protection Solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage sales pipeline, customer contacts and opportunities through SalesForce.com CRM.
- Must be agile to adjust go-to-market strategy to meet evolving customer needs.
- Develop strong customer relationships across the Industrial customer base to ensure a deep understanding of the customer buying process, decision makers, budget and timeline to decision.
- Must be a team player willing to support teammates as needed to achieve overall company objectives.
- Demonstrate creativity in approaching customer needs – We are a small team working to develop and introduce new concepts to address customer challenges.
- Must be able to provide accurate monthly forecasts to monthly revenue objectives.
- Support the development of an annual strategy and growth plan for North America.
Key Position Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Industrial Sales Experience (3+ Years selling Industrial Respiratory Protection Solutions preferred)
- B.S/B.A. Degree or Equivalent work experience
- Industrial Saftey Certification (Preferred)
- Strong presentation skills – ability to tell the CleanSpace story and how we can address customer needs
- Robust industrial contacts – the ability to leverage existing customer relationships to gain access and tell our story
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you work as the CEO for your customers. Must be agile with the ability to adjust strategy to meet evolving customer needs.
- Passion for Results – demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive growth objectives.
- Team Player – must collaborate with North American and Australian corporate teams to communicate customer needs and proactively work to provide solutions.
- Ability to work with distribution partners with a team selling approach to drive growth opportunities.
- Self-starter – ability to work independently to develop and execute a strategy to achieve quarterly growth objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with managing pipeline, reporting and contact management through CRM system – Preferred SalesForce.com
- Ability to energize & build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
